Community Connections

The Community Connection Project aims to tackle the challenges and concerns of migrant integration locally. Focusing on community development and social inclusion, this programme works to understand the concerns of communities and assists in developing constructive responses to concerns about integration at community level.

In Limerick City Partnership our funding supports this work in the city and county.  This programme complements the work across our organisation, as fostering positive integration experiences for everyone is a focus for all staff in the organisation. 

This project is overseen by the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, with the aim of informing future policy decisions on community-led approaches to integration challenges.
